Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless pork shoulder
- 1 cup CookJunkie's Fireball BBQ Sauce (see recipe below)
- 12 slider buns, split
- 2 cups coleslaw (store
- bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium high heat (around 375°F).
- Brush the pork shoulder with half of the Fireball BBQ sauce. Place it on the preheated grill, cook for about 4 minutes per side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 190°F.
- Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before shredding with two forks.
- Toss the shredded pork in the remaining Fireball BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Assemble the sliders: Place a generous portion of pulled pork on each slider bun bottom, top with coleslaw, and finish with the bun top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your game day snack!

Notes
