  • 6 pounds pork spare ribs
  • 1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
  3. Place ribs on the preheated grill, meat side down. Cook for 15 minutes with the lid closed.
  4. Flip ribs over, brush with BBQ sauce mixture, and continue cooking for another 20 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes and brushing with the sauce each time.
  5. Remove ribs from grill and let them rest for a few minutes before cutting into individual portions.
