Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add milk, shredded ghost pepper cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir constantly until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Grill or pan sear the sliced brisket over medium high heat for 2 3 minutes per side, or until heated through. Set aside.
  3. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster oven for 1 2 minutes.
