Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup spicy chipotle sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, cooked ground beef or turkey, softened cream cheese, spicy chipotle sauce, green onions, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to an oven safe dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  3. Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium heat (around 350°F / 175°C).
  4. Place the dish on the preheated grill, allowing the dip to cook for about 15 20 minutes or until the top is bubbly and slightly golden. Prep: 5 mins Cook: 20 mins Total: 25 mins
