Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine pork shoulder, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 5 hours.
  2. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred using two forks. Return to the slow cooker and mix with the sauce.
  3. For the coleslaw: In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. To assemble the sliders, place a spoonful of shredded pork on the bottom half of each bun, top with a generous scoop of coleslaw, and finish with the top half of the bun.
