Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Dredge each chicken wing in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess, then carefully lower into the hot oil. Fry for 8 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the oil and let drain on a paper towel lined plate.
