Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (preferably smoky)
  • 6 slider buns
  • Coleslaw ingredients:
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 1 inch meatballs.
  3. Grill the meatballs until cooked through and slightly charred on all sides. Brush with BBQ sauce during the last minute of cooking.
  4. For the coleslaw, in a medium bowl, mix cabbage, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  5. Assemble sliders: place a meatball on each bun, top with coleslaw, and add the top half of the bun.
