  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Slice the onions into 1/4 inch thick rings, keeping the rings intact.
  2. In a shallow dish, whisk together flour and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. In another shallow dish, combine almond milk and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each onion ring in the flour mixture, then in the almond milk mixture, and finally back into the flour mixture to coat thoroughly.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray the onion rings with vegetable oil on both sides.
  6. Place the coated onion rings in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 7 9 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  7. In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce (if using). Mix well and set aside.
