  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 cup all
  • purpose flour 2 cups panko breadcrumbs 2 large eggs 1/4 cup milk 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper Salt and pepper, to taste Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to create a seasoned flour mixture.
  2. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs with milk to create an egg wash.
  3. In a third shallow dish, spread the panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each shrimp in the seasoned flour, then dip in the egg wash, and finally coat with the panko breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry the coated shrimp in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 2 3 minutes.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
