1 pound boneless chicken wings
1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite store

2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
Add the chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium high heat. Cook the marinated wings for approximately 8 10 minutes per side, until cooked through and crispy.
Once cooked, transfer the wings to a serving plate and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately.
