  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or broiler to medium high heat.
  2. Wash and dry the jalapeños, then carefully slice off the tops and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the blue cheese, cream cheese, garlic, onion, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño with the cheese mixture, then wrap each one with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Place the wrapped jalapeños on the grill or broiler pan, and cook for 8 10 minutes per side, or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.
