Firecracker Street Corn with Spicy Honey Butter

Ingredients

• 4 ears of corn, shucked
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 3 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
• Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat your grill to medium heat, about 350°F (175°C).
2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
3. Brush the corn with the spicy honey butter mixture, ensuring each ear is well coated.
4. Place the corn on the preheated grill and cook for 15 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
5. Remove from the grill and brush with additional spicy honey butter.
6. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top of each ear of corn, followed by a sprinkling of fresh cilantro leaves.
7. Serve immediately.
