  • 6 ears fresh yellow corn, husked 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp ground coriander 1/4 tsp smoked paprika Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted 3/4 cup sour cream 1 cup tomato sauce 2 tbsp chopped cilantro for garnish

  5. In a saucepan, combine remaining spice mixture, butter, sour cream, and tomato sauce. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until well combined.
  6. Once corn is cooked, brush with the creamy tomato sauce mixture. Place corn back on grill for 2 3 minutes to warm through.
  7. Remove from grill, sprinkle with cilantro, and serve immediately.
