  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, coarsely ground
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or sugar substitute for keto diet
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted salted roasted peanuts, roughly chopped

Instructions
