  • 1. 2 lbs beef sirloin steak, cut into 1
  • inch cubes 2. 3 tbsp olive oil 3. 4 cloves garlic, minced 4. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 5. Salt and black pepper to taste 6. 1 lemon, zested and juiced 7. 2 tbsp coconut flour 8. 2 large eggs 9. 3 tbsp almond flour 10. 2 tbsp avocado oil 11. For the Garlic Herb Sauce: a. 1/4 cup olive oil b. 3 cloves garlic, minced c. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped d. Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, marinate the steak cubes with 2 tbsp of olive oil, half of the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, almond flour, eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Add the marinated steak cubes and mix well.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp of avocado oil in a large pan over medium heat. Cook the steak bites until they're browned on all sides and cooked to your desired level of doneness, about 4 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and let them rest for 2 minutes.
  4. To prepare the garlic herb sauce, whisk together olive oil, remaining minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Serve the steak bites warm with the garlic herb sauce on the side.
