  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the coconut milk, honey, cardamom, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until well combined and slightly heated. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour and chia seeds. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the saucepan, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then remove from heat and allow it to cool completely. Once cooled, pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
