  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, honey, vanilla extract, and salt together until creamy. Gradually add this mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring well after each addition.
  3. Meanwhile, gently melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil over a double boiler or in a microwave at 20 second intervals. Stir between each interval to prevent overheating. Once fully melted, let it cool slightly.
  4. Gradually pour the melted chocolate into the batter while continuously mixing. Finally, add the almond milk and whisk until you have a smooth and velvety texture.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
