- 0.5 oz. agave syrup (optional)
- 2 oz. cold water
- 6 mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
- Splash of soda water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the agave syrup and lemon juice until the mint is fragrant and slightly bruised.
- Add the Tsipourou and cold water to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes, and seal it tightly.
- Shake vigorously for 15 20 seconds, allowing the flavors to meld and harmonize within the elixir.
- In a glass, pour the mixture through a fine strainer, leaving the mint leaves behind.
- Top with a splash of soda water and garnish with a mint sprig.
