Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tray.
In a bowl, mix together walnuts, almond flour, erythritol, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
Brush a sheet of keto phyllo dough with melted butter and fold into a triangle. Repeat for the next sheet, layering them on top of each other. Cut into 4 equal sized squares.
Press one square at the bottom of a greased mini muffin hole, gently pressing up the sides to create a basket shape. e) Fill each pastry basket with walnut mixture and bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown. f) Meanwhile, prepare the Walnut Cream Sauce by blending all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. g) Allow Baklava Bites to cool slightly before pouring sauce on top. h) Serve immediately and enjoy the symphony of flavors.
