  1. a. Begin by infusing the honey with sakura's gentle fragrance. Gently warm 1/4 cup of honey in a small saucepan over low heat, and add 3 4 fresh or dried sakura flowers. Allow to steep for 15 minutes, then remove the flowers and set aside. b. In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder with 2 tablespoons of hot water until smooth. This will create a thick paste known as "matcha usucha." c. Gently heat the almond milk in a saucepan over low heat until warm but not boiling. Whisk the sakura infused honey into the warmed milk, followed by the matcha paste and vanilla extract. Stir gently to combine and achieve a smooth consistency. d. Pour the latte into two elegant cups and enjoy the symphony of flavors and aromas that transport you to a serene Japanese garden.
