  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tsp Ginger, finely grated

  • 2 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Add ginger, sea salt, and peppermint oil. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature before straining and bottling.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine Aquavit, Cloud Forest Syrup, and Lemon Juice with crushed ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
