- 3 oz rum or non
- alcoholic rum alternative (optional)
- 4 oz sparkling water
- 4 oz sugar
- free ginger ale
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a sturdy glass, gently bruise the mint leaves with a muddler to release their aromatic oils.
- Add the keto friendly sweetener and lime juice, stirring until the sweetener has dissolved.
- If using rum, pour it into the glass, giving it a swirl to combine with the other ingredients.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes, then top up with sparkling water and sugar free ginger ale. Stir gently.
- Serve in a highball glass and garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
