Instructions
In a food processor, combine the avocados, unsweetened cocoa powder, almond milk, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, ground cinnamon, ground cayenne pepper, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust the spices as needed to reach your desired level of heat.
Spoon the mousse into individual serving dishes or a large bowl for sharing.
Refrigerate the mousse for at least 30 minutes to firm up slightly before serving.
