Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 cups almond milk
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- Ice cubes
- Fresh strawberries and chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, cocoa powder, sugar, almond milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and velvety.
- Pass the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.
- Stir in the chocolate syrup.
- Pour the mocktail into glasses filled with ice, swirling each glass to combine the flavors and create a gentle foam on top.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and chocolate shavings.
