Instructions
- In a small bowl, soak the saffron threads in 2 tablespoons of warm almond milk for about 5 minutes to release its aroma and color.
- Blend together mango pieces, remaining almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup, cardamom powder, and soaked saffron with its infused milk in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the blend into two serving glasses, adding ice cubes to each glass for a refreshing touch.
- Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top for added crunch and garnish with a few strands of saffron.
