2 cups fresh pineapple juice
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
6 sprigs of fresh mint
6 pineapple slices for garnish
6 maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, coconut milk, orange juice, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Add almond extract to the mixture and stir again.
