quality tequila
2 cups milk
4 cups chilled club soda

Instructions
In a heatproof bowl set over a double boiler, gently melt the dark chocolate until smooth and velvety. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
In a large pitcher, combine tequila and milk, stirring well to blend them together.
In another bowl, whisk heavy cream with confectioners' sugar and a pinch of sea salt until stiff peaks form.
