  • grade matcha green tea powder 1 tbsp sugar
  • free vanilla syrup 1 cup crushed ice 6 drops of natural stevia extract Fresh raspberries and mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, sift the matcha green tea powder to remove any lumps.
  2. Add the vanilla syrup to the almond milk and heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Gradually pour the heated almond milk over the sifted matcha powder while gently whisking with a bamboo whisk (chasen) until smooth and frothy.
  4. Fill six glasses with crushed ice, then add 1 2 drops of stevia extract to taste.
  5. Pour the matcha mixture into each glass, filling them to the brim with the jade elixir.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a mint leaf on top for an aromatic flourish.
