1 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Zest of 1 orange
2 tbsp orange juice
Instructions
In a food processor, blend the almonds until they reach a fine crumb consistency.
Add the Medjool dates and continue to process until a dough forms.
Add in the cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, sea salt, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Blend until well combined.
Gradually add in the almond butter and orange juice while processing, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides of the bowl, until a smooth dough is formed.
Transfer the mixture to a clean surface and gently knead in the shredded coconut.
Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour or until firm.
Serve chilled, garnished with a light dusting of cocoa powder and a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
