  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, toss the walnuts with melted butter and spread them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 8 10 minutes or until fragrant and lightly toasted, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven and let cool.
  4. In each of four serving glasses, layer half of the yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of strawberries, blueberries, and orange zest. Repeat with remaining yogurt mixture and top with roasted walnuts.
  5. Serve immediately.
