  2. In the same blender, combine the coconut milk, Greek yogurt, almond flour, ground cardamom, and vanilla extract. Blend until well combined and creamy.
  3. Gradually pour in the mango puree while continuing to blend, ensuring a perfect marriage of flavors.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a few drops of liquid stevia or erythritol.
  5. Chill the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and create an even creamier texture.
