  • 1 oz White Chocolate Liquor
  • 4 oz Prosecco, chilled
  • Ice cubes

  • Silver or gold sugar rim (optional)

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing a rimmed glass. If desired, mix a small amount of silver or gold sugar with water and coat the rim of your glasses, allowing them to dry.
  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine St Germain Elderflower Liqueur and White Chocolate Liquor. Shake well until chilled.
  3. Strain the liquid into each prepared glass, filling about two thirds full. Top off each glass with 2 oz of chilled Prosecco, allowing it to create a shimmering fountain effect as it flows into the mixture.
