1. 6 boneless chicken breasts 2. 4 cups cauliflower rice 3. 1 can coconut milk 4. 1 cup almond flour 5. 2 tbsp Suya spice blend 6. 2 large bell peppers 7. 1 large onion 8. 2 zucchinis 9. 2 tbsp olive oil 10. Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut chicken breasts into bite sized pieces.
Season chicken with Suya spice blend, salt, and pepper.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the seasoned chicken until cooked through. Set aside.
