Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar, orange zest, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and lightly brush with butter. Fold into a triangle and place in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, seam side down. Repeat with the remaining sheets, brushing each with butter and overlapping them slightly, until all sheets are used.
