Ingredients
- 2 oz Japanese gin
- 1 oz Sakura liqueur
- 0.5 oz Yuzu juice
- 0.75 oz Simple syrup
- 4 dashes Cherry blossom bitters
- Fresh cherry blossoms for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the gin, sakura liqueur, yuzu juice, simple syrup and cherry blossom bitters.
- Shake well to combine flavors.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a few fresh cherry blossoms.
