  • 1. 12 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped 2. 1 cup heavy cream 3. 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 4. 1/4 tsp ground cardamom 5. 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg 6. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream over low heat until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in the ground cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

  4. Place the cocoa powder in a shallow dish and roll each truffle gently in the cocoa until fully coated. Set aside on parchment paper.
