Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the jasmine green tea, lychee juice, peach puree, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15 20 seconds until well combined and chilled.
- Double strain the mixture into two champagne glasses filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a few fresh cherry blossoms, if desired.
