- 1 ripe Alphonso mango, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp rose water
- 2 tbsp sugar or to taste
- 4 fresh rose petals for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the mango flesh, frozen mango chunks, yogurt, milk, and rose water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add sugar according to your preference. Blend again until well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into two serving glasses. Garnish each glass with two fresh rose petals, floating gently on top.
