  5. In a saucepan, heat chopped dark chocolate and coconut milk over low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth and fully combined. Remove from heat and whisk in coconut cream and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture into each tartlet shell, filling to the brim. Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top of each truffle.
