Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Lemongrass tuiles (recipe below)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine mango, coconut cream, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
- Divide the mixture evenly into two glasses or cups. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Just before serving, top with lemongrass tuiles and enjoy.
