  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon syrup (see below)

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. To make the cinnamon syrup, combine sugar, water, and cinnamon sticks in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat and let it cool. Once cooled, strain to remove cinnamon sticks. Store in an airtight container.
  2. In a cocktail shaker or large glass, combine apple cider, ginger ale, and 1/4 cup of cinnamon syrup. Fill the rest of the shaker or glass with ice cubes. Shake well or stir until chilled.
  3. Pour into 6 glasses filled with fresh ice. Garnish each drink with a sliced apple and a cinnamon stick, floating atop the foamy surface.
  4. Serve immediately.
