Instructions
- Combine the condensed milk and sweetened coconut milk in a saucepan, and add cardamom pods, chopped pistachios, almonds, and cashews. Heat gently to infuse flavors. In another bowl, soak chia seeds in lime juice until they swell. Gently melt agar agar powder in water and blend with the milk mixture. Layer the dessert in glasses, starting with the fruit and ending with nuts. Chill until set.
