Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 mango, peeled and sliced
Instructions
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, orange juice, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
- Arrange banana, pineapple, and mango slices in the bottom of two serving glasses.
- Pour the blended mixture over the fruits, filling each glass to the top.
- Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving to allow for easier scooping.
