Ingredients

  • 1. 2 cups fresh cranberries 2. 3/4 cup sugar 3. 1 cup pineapple juice 4. 2 cups sparkling water 5. 1/2 cup lime juice 6. Fresh mint leaves, for garnish 7. Crushed ice 8. Edible silver glitter dust

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine cranberries and sugar over medium heat. Cook until the cranberries burst and release their juices, creating a sweet and tangy syrup. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to separate the syrup from the solids. Allow the syrup to cool completely.
  2. In a pitcher, combine pineapple juice, lime juice, and 1 cup of the cooled cranberry syrup. Stir gently until well mixed.
  3. Fill four glasses with crushed ice, then pour the pineapple cranberry mixture over the ice, filling each glass about two thirds full. Top off each glass with sparkling water, leaving a slight white headspace in each glass.
  4. To garnish, gently press two or three mint leaves onto the surface of each glass, allowing them to float in the drink like delicate emerald islands. Sprinkle a touch of edible silver glitter dust over the top for an otherworldly sparkle.
