1 ripe mango, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded young coconut, toasted (optional)
Instructions
In a large pot, combine the glutinous rice and 2 cups of water. Bring it to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a separate saucepan, combine the coconut milk and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
