  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • A pinch of salt

  1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, diced pineapple, honey or maple syrup, lime zest, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours or until fully set.
