  • 1 cup raw almonds, roughly chopped 1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped 4 cups almond flour 3/4 cup coconut oil, melted 2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground cloves Pinch of salt 1 cup raw honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almonds, walnuts, pecans, and almond flour. Mix well.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil, cinnamon, cloves, and salt to the nut mixture. Stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Press about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each mini muffin cup, pressing firmly to create a compact base.
  5. Bake for 15 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  6. In a small saucepan, combine the honey with 1/4 cup water. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a syrupy consistency.
  7. Pour the spiced honey evenly over the cooled bites. Allow to sit for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
