Chocolate-Coconut Paleo Mousse in Hazelnut Choco-Cups

Toasted and Skin removed 7. 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder 8. A Pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler, then add coconut cream, milk, and honey to it. Whisk until smooth. Add vanilla extract and cocoa powder, mixing until well combined. Leave to cool.
Blend the hazelnuts into a fine powder in a food processor, then add to the chocolate mixture, blending until well incorporated.
Pour the mixture into individual cups or molds and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and a pinch of sea salt.

For a more authentic Indian touch, use Ghee (clarified butter) instead of coconut oil.
