Instructions

  1. In a heatproof jar or large teapot, combine the boiling water, lemongrass, and ginger. Cover and let steep for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  2. Remove the lemongrass and ginger, then add the jasmine tea bags. Steep for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove the tea bags and pour the tea through a fine mesh strainer into a jar or pitcher. Stir in the condensed milk and cinnamon stick until well combined. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
