Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the mango puree, rum, lime juice, and sugar. Stir well until the sugar has dissolved completely.
  2. Add the crushed ice to the pitcher and gently stir.
  3. To serve, fill 4 tall glasses with fresh mint leaves, divide the mango mojito mixture among them, leaving some room for soda water. Top up each glass with soda water, stir gently and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. Cheers!
